Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for orders once they have been placed.

Refund Criteria

Refunds can be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Products
    If your product is damaged upon arrival, please provide us with videos and pictures of the damage. You can send this information to us via email at support@skinmushh.com. After reviewing the evidence, we will either refund your purchase, provide store credit or exchange the product for you.
  2. Wrong Products Delivered
    If you receive the wrong product, please send us videos and pictures as proof via email at support@skinmushh.com. We shall resend the correct product to you within one week from the date of your complaint.

Processing Times

  • Refund Generation Time: 4 days from approval of your claim.
  • Reshipment Time: 1 week from the day of your complaint.

Please ensure that all claims are submitted promptly and include the necessary documentation to facilitate a smooth resolution process.
